Well hot on the heels of opening the doors at my new premises, comes the launch of our new website http://www.studio194.com.au for Studio194 Sue Croft PhysioFitness. We have gutted the inside of the old rooms at 194 Gladstone Road, Highgate Hill, painted it, put in a gorgeous new floor and have now started filling it with mats, balls and lots of other equipment – ready for opening on Monday 3rd August, 2015. So here is the link to the website where you can book in and try some classes with my fantastic instructors – Monique (Pilates), Michaela (Yoga), Nicoletta (dance and yoga), Kristen (Mums and Bubs- commencing from 19th August), Lori (Pilates/ relaxation and PF down-training class), and Amanda (Pilates) – who are all very aware of the concept of ‘pelvic floor safe’ exercising.

As an incentive to all my patients, casual visitors and anyone else who would like a trial at Studio 194, we have a little launch special. For our first month of opening, until 3 September 2015, after you have attended one of our classes, you will receive one free class credit towards any class in the schedule. The class credit will be allocated within 5 days of purchase. The class credit is not redeemable for cash. (If you purchase a pre-paid package or membership the offer will only include one free class in total).

Here are some sneak peaks at the progress of the new studio.

Please share far and wide and encourage your friends and relatives to check out the website. As with anything I write- the website is pretty wordy. But I feel the more we chat about the benefits of exercise, and the worst that the wrong sort of exercise can do for women, the better it will be at spreading the word.

Don’t forget because the classes are a part of my Sue Croft PhysioFitness Studio 194 there is potentially an opportunity for rebates from private health insurance. So when you print off your tax invoice (it will have an item number specifically for the pelvic floor)- take it to your health fund to see if you are eligible for a health fund rebate.

One week to go- join us at Studio 194 for some fabulous exercise.

Growing old is inevitable – how you do it is a choice you have. #getmoving #staymoving
